NectarWeb is built on a zero-knowledge architecture. This means we have designed our systems so that we cannot access, read, or process your subscriber data. Your business information stays on your device and in your own cloud storage.

Information We Collect

Website Visitors

When you visit our website, we may collect:

• Information you voluntarily provide (email address when joining waitlist, contact form submissions)
• Analytics data through Google Analytics (with your consent) — see "Cookies and Analytics" below

NectarWeb Extension Users

When you use the NectarWeb Chrome extension:

• We do NOT collect: Your subscriber data, earnings, messages, or any content from your creator platform
• We do NOT have access to: Your encryption keys, decrypted data, or Google Drive contents
• We do NOT track: Feature usage, analytics, or any behavioral data
• We DO verify: Your subscription status. The extension periodically contacts our server solely to confirm your license key is valid. This request contains only your license key — no subscriber data, no usage information.
• We DO send: Anonymous error reports when the extension encounters problems (e.g., platform compatibility issues). These contain only error codes, affected module, and extension version — no personal or subscriber data. Reports are cryptographically signed to prove legitimacy but cannot be traced back to you.

How Your Data Stays Private

The NectarWeb extension processes all data locally in your browser. If you enable sync:

• Data is encrypted on your device using AES-256-GCM before leaving your browser
• Encryption keys are generated and stored locally — they never leave your device
• Only encrypted data is uploaded to your personal Google Drive
• NectarWeb servers never receive, store, or process your subscriber data

Google Drive Integration

If you connect Google Drive for sync:

• We use the drive.file scope, which only allows access to files our app creates
• We cannot see, access, or modify any other files in your Google Drive
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings
